Hello,

  • which web browser are you using?
  • are you using any plugin/extension in your browser that blocks ads?

Even though rntlab.com has not ads, some of those extensions block Javascript that is required to make the website run properly.

Hi There Rui,

Thanks for the prompt response
I’m using Chrome, I dont believe that I am using anything that is blocking ads. My Security, ie Avast is giving RNTLAb green flags so no problem there. I’m trying to upload a screen shot  to this response but to no avail. Anyway  when I try to open the video the  video screen comes up  with the following
” Sorry
Because of its privacy settings , this video cannot be played here ”
I can see the video transcript but no video.

Tks and regards

Hello again!

Can you try to login in your RNTLab.com account using another web browser? Like Edge browser…

I think for some reason your Google Chrome has some extension that is blocking Vimeo video player JavaScript. I can’t reproduce that issue on my end.

In the meanwhile, please check your email address. I’ve just sent you an email with subject “Download – Home Automation ESP8266 videos” that has the download link with the videos.

Regards,
Rui
