Reference: Build WEB servers… 4.3 WiFi manager
It seems to run – and if no SSID, password and IP are supplied – it wants me to open 192.168.4.1 web-page. This should open the wifimanager.html page. I get a response “address unreachable”.
Now – I’m sitting on the IP 192.168.0.41. How do I get to 192.168.4.1 ?
If I run my project without the wifi-manager the index.html loads as it should.
Any help would be greatly appriciated…

Hi.
Before going to 192.168.4.1, you need to connect your computer or smartphone to the ESP32 access point. This means you need to disconnect the smartphone from your wi-fi network and connect to the ESP32 network. Did you follow that step?

No – Of cause I did not. Why read the manual??? However I must admit that your book is exccellent work and everything now works as a charm… 🙂
