Hi there,
I use an ESP32-CAM-MB.
Unfortunately, I cannot upload a program to this board. I've also held down the IO0 button while uploading. No success.
Many greetings

Hi.
The ESP32-CAM that you’re using… Did it come with the MB programmer?
Or is it another ESP32-CAM that you had?
Regard,
Sara

Are you using a USB Data cable; not all USB cables are data cables, some are charging only.  Have experienced some Arduino IDE 2.0, serial connection issues; resolved by unpluging USB from computer, then plugging USB cable back into computer.

Once the USB data cable is plugged back into computer; check Serial port configuration, make sure the port is correct.  When USB data cable is unplugged, port setting reverts to serial port one or not selected at all.

Hi.
Try the following that worked for one of our readers:
“Pressing/holding IO0 and then pressing RST on the cam board was the way to go.”
You may also want to take a look at the comments at the following article, where people discuss about different ways to get it working: https://randomnerdtutorials.com/upload-code-esp32-cam-mb-usb/
