Hi, before buying the book Firebase, I have login without knowing what I’m doing. But now when I am following all the instructions step by step from the book, I am getting trouble to overwrite certain projects that I have created. What to do to restart from the beginning or to remove all creating project , thank you.

What do you mean exactly?
Do you want to remove your firebase projects from your firebase console? https://support.google.com/firebase/answer/9137886?hl=en
Open the project you want to delete.
Click on the gear icon.
Click on Project settings.
Scroll down to the end of the page and delete the project.
