I did not realize it has become a question.
I have the answer You probably know but if not.
Influxdbm software does not adjust it’s size  to my computer sreen resolution
so part of the commands were off the screen and it took me time to realize why I can not change from mean (default ) to last in the aggregat function.
I found it out after a struggle but there are others who may experience this.

It adjusts perfectly to my screen size. Maybe you’re using an unusual screen size?

38400×2160 but I was running it on a lower one (still high but the aspectratio was different)
