I have my phone paired with the Bluetooth module but when I touch the connect Bluetooth button on the phone; it does not connect to it. any guidance

If you go to your paired youtube devices on your phone, does the arduino show up there?
What happens exactly when you try to connect? Do you get any error message?

the Arduino does not show, it shows the HC05.
This is what I do.
I go to Bluetooth on my phone; and I see the HC-05 and paired to it. My phone shows that I am paired with the HC-05 then I open the LED controller on my phone and I pressed the Connect Bluetooth and it goes to a black screen that the top says LED Controller. 
I noticed that the LED on HC05 keeps flashing fast.

Can you show me a printscreen of the app, when you try to pair with the device?
 
To share a picture, upload it to google drive, imgur or dropbox and then share a link to the picture file.

My phone is paired with the HC-05 but they do not communicate. I am sending some pictures so we solve this.

Or are these the Bluetooth settings? If you click connect on that screen what happens?

Is this an application on your phone? No, they are the settings on  the phone
 If you click connect on that screen what happens? nothing happened
What is the smartphone model you’re using? Galaxy A12 Samsung

Everything seems to be normal, except the fact that it doesn’t show the device on the application…
Do you have another android device to experiment with?
