Which is the correct/best selection in the Arduino IDE TOOLS/BOARD/ESP8266 Modules (latest library update ) for a WEMOS Nodemcu v3 with ch340g chip

Just to be sure. Are you talking about the following board? Wemos NodeMCU V3 340G
If you can’t find your exact board in the Arduino IDE > Tools > Board menu, I recommend using the first option “Generic ESP8266 Module”…
