I am thinking of getting a VPS for my IOT experiments and projects. I want to run, on the VPS, apps such as Grafana, Node-Red, MQTT, Influxdb and more. Is this possible and if so what would be the best OS to choose for the server? I can choose Debian, Ubuntu or Centos. My goal is to have my own cloud platform like Corlysis or Thingsboard for example.

Hi Jerry.
To be honest, we haven’t tested enough to know which one is better.
However, we would go with Ubuntu because there is more support. If you encounter some problems, there’s probably someone who had already the same issue and posted some solutions.
Regards,
Sara

Thank you Sara. I did go with Ubuntu for exactly the reason you said, support. And I chose the LAMP build which I hope was a good choice. Thanks for the great work you and Rui are doing.
