Hello Garland,
What do you mean by blank pages on RNT Tutorials?
Can you please tell me which pages are you having trouble opening? Please send me a screenshot via email as soon as possible:

I have a similar problem with my RNT tutorial pdf. The images go blank after a while. For my pdf reader (PDF Xchange Pro) I have to close the book and re-open it for the images to re-appear. I don’t believe it’s necessarily a problem with RNT pdf’s because I have had it happen in other pdf’s.

Hello Bruce, sorry to hear that…

I’m not sure what’s happening, I’ve installed PDF-XChange and it worked fine for me.

Have you considered using Adobe Acrobat Reader? The free version should have most features that you need for PDF reading.

Rui,
I will try the Adobe Acrobat Reader.  I am currently using Calibre 64Bit – E-book Reader.  I do not have the problem until I  reached the 50% point in the tutorial.  At any rate Thanks for the fast reply.

Does that happen with other PDFs on Calibre? That’s so weird…. Unfortunately I’m not being able to replicate that issue on my end…

No,I have not had any other publishers book loose pages while I was reading it, only yours while using Calibre I am currently using SumatraPDF after you mentioned you were using a PDF reader. It is working just fine so I think it is most likely an anomaly
of some sort with Calibre.

I feel like you can close this one. Thanks for your interest.

Glad you were able to make it work. I’ll continue to monitor this issue to see if I can find what could be the issue.
Regards,
Rui
