Can’t find PIO quick tools at the bottom of VScode.
My system is Windows 10 Home,64bit.
Here is the Code Version Info:

Python 3.9.1 has installed.

By the way ,According to the ebook(Build Web Server With ESP32 and ESP8266) advice I have restart VS Code times.

Several issues can cause that.
