I took delivery of the RGB LED Strip today. The connector has 4 pins marked as +, R, G, B. The tutorial doesn’t have detailed info regarding measuring the current required by n LEDs set as white.
How do I connect the 4 pins, using the bench supply and a DMM to measure current?
From looking at the circuit picture, it appears I would connect each lead (R,G,B), on the 4 pin connector, to bench supply ground with the + pin on the 4 pin connector going to the + of the bench supply?
If this is correct to produce WHITE (max current), then to measure current I’ll insert the meter in series with the bench supply + terminal.
