I am doing well – very well, because I am working hard with your  course
Learn ESP32 with Arduino IDE
It is extremely helpful – thank you very much.

However I ave a problem – may be a stupid question – but hopefully you will have the answer.

When a upload the blink stetck onto a genuine Arduino Uno, ok the LED is blinking. I change the USB cable and connect the Uno to a 5 V power bank – the LED is blinking.
If I am doing just the same with my Esp32-Board the LED ist blinking USB connected to the PC. Unfortunately it is not blinking with the power bank – what is wrong?

Hello Peter! Thanks for posting the question in the Forum. I can only see two possible scenarios:

  1. Is the Power bank still on when connected to the ESP32 (some power banks turn off after X number of seconds)? Does the on-board LEDs light up?
  2. Are you using a good USB cable that is well connected to the ESP32?

Thanks for your patience,
Rui
