You’re right.. The latest Node-RED software has moved those options for “Show grid” and “Snap to grid” under the Settings menu. But if you enable the Dashboard in the Menu > View > Dashboard, everything should be as the eBook.

I am getting no where as far as page 85/86. On photo Course03, the left part of the photo shows a red line pointing down to something else but it is cut off before I can see where it goes. As per photo Course04.  Photo course05 shows what I get when I click on SETTINGS. I m totally confused here to the point that I would prefer a refund for the price of the course. I had really hoped to be much further ahead than I am right now…

For the time being, I plan to stay with the course and just bypass this section that doesn’t match. I have moved on to the ESP8266 area

I honestly don’t know what you’re talking about… You don’t need to go to the Settings to change anything. I’ve just mentioned that in the new update it’s slightly different… But what’s your exact problem and what do you need to do?
