Datalogging to Firebase stops

I am using the Datalogging sketch to send data to Firebase app, but for some reason it stops sending data. This happens after varying lengths of time. The first time was after 4hrs, but the most recent was less than an hour. For that one I had extended the “timerDelay” to 5mins, but it still stopped. It will only restart if I reset the ESP32 board. The one time I have seen an error in the serial monitor it said “access denied”.

Hi.
Are you using the datalogging sketch in the eBook? Or the one on our website?

Hi Sara,

From the eBook, although I have made changes to suit my specific project.

I should also mention that my project also incorporates a CYD that uses ESPNOW to transmit data to a second ESP32 that controls an oven. The ESP32 in the oven sends back sensor data. This was to give me the flexibility to used the CYD when at home and Firebase app if I have to leave the house. Both are using wifi to transmit data. If this is making it too difficult I can have one sketch for Firebase and the other for CYD/ESPNOW.

Everything I am doing I have learnt from RNT but I think I may have gone too far!!

Regards
Dion
