Compilation give such an error:

for this project

How to Use Cloud MQTT Broker with ESP32 using Async MQTT Client Library

my module is
ESSPRESSIF
ESP-32 -WROOM-32

Could you please help me

For other projects from your book everything is fine

That’s very weird… Did you install all the required libraries? Can you update the ESP32 board add-on to the latest version?

Yes Vugar, you should run the latest ESP32 board add-on. Did you also select the ESP32 COM Port?

Not very easy to answer you from the only message you gave us:

Error compiling for board ESP32 Dev Module

Could you give us the full error message(s)?

Furthermore, I believe that the name ESP-WROOM-32 refers to the ESPRESSIF microcontroller, but not to a particular development board. So it’s also hard to guess which board you have.

Maybe you can take a look at the following articles to try to find out which board you have:

  • Getting Started with the ESP32 Development Board
  • ESP32 Development Boards Review and Comparison

But, in the end, that may not be the problem.
We would need more details on the error message(s).

As Rui suggested to you, did you make sure that you had installed all the necessary libraries for your project?
