Hello, in your Arduino IDE go to:

  • Tools > Board > Boards Manager: ESP32 board add-on: core version 1.0.1

What’s your ESP32 add-on version installed?

When you open the examples in your Arduino IDE, can you see the hall sensor example?

Thanks!
