Sure sir no problem about load python (ver.3.9.2 [32bits]) before try to install the PlatformIO IDE. I search in internet some information to fix that mistake. I find one guy with same trouble, the solution he find was downgrade the version 2.3.2 available at site, today, unfortunately ERROR in installation end. I downgrade to version 1.10.1 after that installation successful in th end.

Hello Waldomiro, I apologize for taking so long to get back to you, but for some reason I’ve missed your message.
Did you downgrade your Python version? It should work with the latest version without any problems.
Thanks for your patience.
Rui
One question, did you read my answer after your first suggestion to solve the problem?
Hello, what do you mean? Unfortunately I didn’t quite understand exactly what you mean in your previous comment.
- Did you downgrade your Python version?
- did it work afterwards?
As I said, it works for me with the latest version.
Thanks for your patience,
Rui

Hello again!
Ok, so your Python version should be working properly.
I think there’s still a misunderstanding, because that PlaformIO version is too old.
- The current version is 3.3.4: https://github.com/platformio/platformio-home/releases?utm_source=platformio&utm_medium=piohome
Here’s how you can find the current version (see the highlighted sections):
Thanks for your patience
