I get this message when trying to reboot or power off. However, I just restart the putty seession and things seems to be ok. I connected a monitor to the pi and it appears to reboot ok.
If you see any issue here , please met know but right now I am pressing on

Yes, that’s a normal behavior. After you reboot/power off/ loose Internet connection with your Raspberry Pi it will display that error message. After re-booting your Raspberry Pi, you should be able to connect to it again.
