Hello,

In your course you are using Arduino for ESP32.

I am using Platform Io to program ESP32 along with ESP prog so that it will give me debugging capability.

There is a feature in Platform io where in I can select Framework as ESPidf , Arduino.

So when I select this can I use ESP idf functions directly just by adding appropriate header file?

Hi.
I’m not sure. I haven’t experimented that functionality.
Take a look a this https://community.platformio.org/t/build-for-esp32-with-framework-arduino-espidf-fails/13768/6 where people discuss about that. I think this answers your question.
Regards,
Sara
