Hi all,
May I know is there any heartbeat and rumination sensor available to support ESP8266 board. for commercial farming IoT projects, is reliable?..I am planning a goat health monitoring system with ESP8266. expecting help from you guys..

Hi.
We don’t have much experience with health sensors.
There are some heartbeat sensors compatible with ESP32 and ESP8266. However, I can’t make a recommendation because I haven’t experimented them.
Try to search for “heartbeat sensor ESP8266” and see if any of the results helps with your project.
I’m sorry that I can’t help much in this subject.
