As the title says. Does the ESP32-s have sufficient power to drive a 4 digit SSD? What if it is currently using power for WiFi at the same time? Will it be enough?

That depends on the display, I think you should have a look at the data sheet from the display and the ESP32.

As Rainer suggested, it depends on the display that you are using, but you should definitely be able to drive it while your ESP32 is connected to Wi-Fi.
