Hello,
I have seen very good projects with TTGO T-Call ESP32 SIM800L that integrates ESP32 plus SIM800L.

TTGO board is not available here, but SIM800L is easy.

Do you have any previous project working with the two separate boards ?

Of course the goal is te same: to get data in environments where routers are not an option.

Thanks a lot,
Horacio

Hi.
We don’t have any projects using the separate module.
However, the projects we already have should be compatible.
You just need to keep in mind the way you wire the module to your board and set the proper pins in the code.
Let me know if you need further help.

We’ll publish some tutorials about the LILYGO T-SIM7000G ESP32 soon. It has the advantage of supporting LTE and also GPS. If you’re interested, we’ll publish them in the second week of September.
Here’s a link to the board: https://makeradvisor.com/tools/t-sim7000g-esp32/

Regards,
Sara
