I did eventually overcome various issues getting my ESP32 board to work, including setting up the CP2102 driver, and compiling/loading a wifi related program that links two sensors to an app on my iphone, but it only worked intermittently. On my board there is, a standard red led that light when board is powered. On my board there is also an additional blue led that lights up, I think, when the program runs properly, and the wifi signal is generated. Interestingly, it only turns on after about 45 seconds, to sometimes over a minute. BTW, the program is only 170 lines long, with many non-executing, comment lines. As of just last night, that blue light no longer turns on, the board does not generate the wifi signal. Any ideas, other than a fail board?

Hi.
I don’t think it is a program with the hardware. But I can’t be sure.
Maybe there was a problem with the network and the ESP32 can no longer connect.
If you restart your board what happens?
And what ESP32 board model do you have?
Regards,
Sara
