Hello Rui, is there a pin available when using the esp32 cam webserver face recognition sketch that I can set as  output pin to be triggered when the camera detects a recognized face?

Hi Michael.
That project doesn’t use the microSD card. So, you can use any of the available GPIOs: 12, 13, 15, 14 ,2, 4 and 16.
The best pin is GPIO 16.
We’ve recently published a guide for the EPS32-CAM pinout, if you want to take a look.

I hope this helps.
Regards,
Sara
