Hi, I just followed the steps in the ebook to take a picture and store it to the microsd card (I used a 8GB microsd card). The esp32-cam board is similar to the AI-Thinker board, and the pictures are stored in a jpeg format, with framesize equal to FRAMESIZE_UXGA and a jpeg quality set to 10 (The code is exactly the same as in the github). The pictures are successfully saved and are non-empty (I can see the storage size), but I can not open it in my Windows laptop. The prompt information when opening the saved jpg files is about: the file format is not supported. But I can open other jpg files (downloaded from Internet) successfully, so any ideas on this problem? Thanks!
Hi.
I never had that kind of problem.
Maybe it’s because the image is saved on a microSD card?
Test saving pictures to the microSD card and opening them on your computer.
Which software do you use to view the pictures?

Sara
Hi, Sara, thanks for replying! This problem may be caused by the mircoSD card, I will try another card.
