ESP32 Lora power over Pin

Hello
i have this  LILYGO® TTGO LORA32 868 Mhz ESP32 LoRa OLED
it is possible to power it over the PINs?
because it will not start like this

Top Left the Brouwn is Ground GND
Top Left the red is 3.3V

the other two wire should get some SCL SDA Information from a 
SparkFun LiPo Battery Manager – Battery Babysitter

Hi again.
I recommend providing 5V to the 5V pin to power the ESP32. I don’t think the OLED will work if you power the board through the 3.3V pin.

;-(  so i cant use my Energy battery 3.7V 1500mAh

and the OLED will be switched off, there is no need in the fields!

the Battery connected is only a 3.7V 1500mAh

sorry but no, it is a pin problem.
If i change the cable from the Battery Sitter with same output and add a USB Cable it will be powering.
