I ‘d like to use PlatformIO IDE for ESP32,
but When I am trying to Install Clang 3.9.1 for windows (I had tried both 32 bit and 64 bits windows version) but i got error message of MSVC intergration install failed (due to Failed to find MSBuild toolsets directory) as attached , pls advise of how should I resolve this problem.

Are you using Windows 10? Or which version?

Anyhow, you can skip that step and continue with the tutorial, because Clang is not really necessary in order to make PlatformIO IDE work.

With PlatformIO IDE Clang is only used for code autocompletion. So, you don’t actually need it running to compile your code.
