Can I power my ESP32 development board with 3.3 volts ?

I power mine with 3.3.  It’s a generic ESP32 Dev board with a pair of 18650 cells fed to a vanilla breadboard regulator and thence to the 3v3 input pin.  Seems to work fine with enough power left over to run a MCU6050 and an OLED display.

Yes, you can power the ESP32 using the 3.3V pin.
