Barry asked 3 years ago

I have a ESP32 dev board IoT that is having some wifi issues. I’d like to plug into the USB port and watch the serial stream, like the Ard IDE Serial Monitor, but without using the IDE. Putty should work, but I’m having no luck.
Is this possible?
Details: Win 11, Putty in Serial Mode, 115200 baud, tried all the handshake settings: no joy.
Com port is correct

Operator error.
I was trying too hard. The SESSION tab had what I needed, not the SERIAL tab.

Great! I’m glad everything is working as expected now.
I’ll mark this issue as resolved. If you need further help, you just need to open a new question in our forum.
