i would like to see a small tutorial to use ESP32 with SPI USB Host module based on MAX3421.

Thanks for your suggestion.
Unfortunately, we don’t have that module to experiment with and I don’t think we’ll cover that subject in a near future.
I think this is the library you have to use: https://github.com/felis/USB_Host_Shield_2.0
