Hi Sara and Rui and everyone.
When I enter the IP code of the ESP32 from my Huawei mobile phone, the brouser skip Wifi 
connection and it connects to the internet.
This does not happen with the PC and with a Samsung mobile phone. 
For all devices the brouser is Google. 
Could you give me a suggestion.

Hi Mario.
Are you using the ESP32 as an access point right?
That probably happens because your smartphone has the preference to connect to a known wi-fi network instead of the ESP32 access point.
That’s probably related with some configurations in your phone.
