Hello Sara and Rui,
I just bought your eBook on ESP32CAM and got the first example running on the board already.
Normally I am using VS Code with Platformio instead of the Arduino IDE.
I’ve setup the AI Thinker ASP32CAM board and copied the source files of the Arduino IDE example. It does not even compile.
Have you tried VS-Code with ESP32CAM?
Best regards,
Roger

Hi Sara,
Yes the initial CameraWebServer example does work in VS code.
I am still not sure why copying the code files of the CameraWebServer did not work, but cloning from github and importing as an .ino file is working.
Best regards,
Roger

Maybe the files were not organized in the correct folder structure?
If everything is working as expected now, I’ll mark this issue as resolved.
If you need further help, you just need to open a new question in our forum.
Regards,
Sara
