Can the relay pin 16 triggered when facial recognition with photo is correct?

Yes. That is possible, but I don’t have any tutorials about that.
I remeber I found a tutorial on youtube about that some time ago, but at the moment I don’t remember the name of the video. So, definitely check out youtube and you should find a similar project.
