Dear Rui/Sara,
I am doing the ESP8266 PIR sensor with telegram notification from the project. How to find the user ID from my account after created a new bot? Please help. Thanks.

Hi.
In your Telegram account, click the search icon in the up right corner.
Then, search for idbot. 

Start a conversation with that bot and type /getid. You will get a reply back with your user ID.
