Hi,
I have to implement a project with above mentioned board. It will run on  Deep sleep mode and when a button is pressed it will do short burst Wi-Fi Tx. I want to use non-rechargeable long lasting battery. My questions;

  1. Can you please recommend me a suitable battery please?
  2. Can I use MCP1700-3302E LDO regulator?

Please advice.
Thank you.
Johan

Hi.
I’m sorry for taking so long to answer.
I missed your question.

You can try to use the circuit we use in this tutorial: https://randomnerdtutorials.com/esp8266-wi-fi-button-diy-amazon-dash-button-clone/
It uses that voltage regulator.

Regards,
Sara
