Can you verify that the instructions to install Python 2.7.x are missing in the ESP32 course?  I followed these instructions to get the Arduino IDE to work: http://randomnerdtutorials.com/installing-the-esp32-board-in-arduino-ide-windows-instructions/
When I originally followed the instructions in the ESP32 course, the IDE couldn’t connect to the ESP32.
Maybe I missed it, but can you verify if I’m correct?
Thanks,
Joel

Hi Joel,
Do you see the ESP32 board installed in your Arduino IDE?
By failing to connect… Do you mean it fails to upload new sketches to your board?
Thanks,
Rui
