Dear Mr. Rui.

Using PWM Pin of Arduino board I am varing the output from 0 – 5 V. With this I want to vary the speed of 230 V. Fan. Can you please suggest me a circuit to get 0 – 230 V Ac from 0 – 5 V DC pWM output of Arduino board.

Do you want to control an AC fan with Arduino via PWM, right?

If you’re not familiar with these types of circuits, I would purchase one of this AC PWM modules that are very easy to use and do exactly what you’re looking for: https://amzn.to/2UQB1Rh
Otherwise, you’ll need to find a similar circuit and build it on a PCB… I don’t have any tutorials on that exact subject…
Regards,
Rui
