Hi Rui & Sara,

A small suggestion to improve the comfort and working methods of your readers…

Although many tutorials highlight the default use of the Arduino IDE. You know as well as I do how archaic it is next to the PlatformIO IDE… And I sincerely think it’s a misconception to believe that it’s easier to install and use than PlatformIO.

I think it would be really useful to introduce PlatformIO to your readers and teach them how to handle the projects you detail in your tutorials with this really great IDE. Platform and library management is 1000 times better thought out and integrated. The programming wizards are automatically configured. The user really doesn’t have to do anything else than installing Visual Studio Code and its PlatformIO extension to get the hang of it.

I sincerely believe they will thank you 😉

Hi Steph.
Yes, we know. Many of our readers have suggested the same.
We are preparing a tutorial about that, that should be released in a few weeks.
Thanks for your suggestion.
Regards,
Sara
