Does any one know an MQTT broker that is stable and will always be reachable?
I have used the following brokers
test.mosquitto.org for quite some time but now is not reachable.
Then I used broker.emqx.io for few weeks then it has become unreachable.
I used them with PC and also used them with IoT MQTT Panel app

What do you mean by “it’s not reachable”?
i never had issues with Mosquitto.
I also like HiveMQ broker: https://www.hivemq.com/

When it tries to connect to the broker it fails:
Attempting MQTT connection...Failed

To try to find the issue, you need to give more details.
Which project are you following? Which broker are you using? Software? Hardware?
