I have found several articles concerning how to generate TRUE random numbers with the ESP32.  (I am using the ESP DOIT DEVKIT V1 Board.)  The articles say that, in order to generate TRUE random numbers, the wifi or the BLE must be turned on.  Otherwise, pseudo random numbers are generated.  Am I correct in thinking that the wifi and BLE are turned on when the “BOOT” button is pressed on the DOIT DEVKIT V1 board?  If not, how do I turn them on?
