My question may be a little interesting. The application in the Google play store; Is there any way I can install and run Esp32-Cam?

Do you mean, an app to see the ESP32-CAM video streaming?
At the moment, I’m not familiar with apps to do that.
However, I know there are apps to manage IP cameras – that’s probably what you are looking for.
Search for “IP Camera App” or something similar.
