Hi, I would like to know if somebody can hel me, to learn how to comunicate three components wich transmit using BLE to a ESP32. I know using the book of ESP32, how to communicate one BLE component with ESP32, but I dont know how to communicate three components at the same time, with and esp32. Can someone help me please?

My understanding is that you need to use BLE GATT (GATTS – Server and GATTC – client). See the documentation. There is examples available. Note that the ESP32 is limited to 7 connections.
