Hi.
I’m sorry, but I’m not sure that I understood your issue.
I never uploaded any .bin file to the ESP32 to upload firmware… at least when programming with Arduino IDE.
 
Maybe what you need to do is to erase flash before trying to upload any other code.

ESP32: Erase Flash Memory (Factory Reset)

i was able to connect on my Freebox ON_AIR2022 with this EPS32 , 2 years ago ..
my KEY was 63 cars long ..
could the problem due to a too short key ( 37 cars) with ESP32 client …
do i have to use another AsyncWebserver Arduino lib ?

I’m not sure. I haven’t faced a problem like that before. I don’t think the number of characters is an issue.
Are you sure the password is correct? Sometimes, copying and pasting the password adds some invisible characters at the end or spaces…

Now i can reach this ESP at 192.168.4.1  —> OK
it’s open a web page to configure an AP
I try to add  my Wifi LAN (freebox) … but impossible to valide this .
