Hi I have been trying out the ESP32-cam-motion detector that emails the image, I know the PIR is sensing and input into pin13, but the esp seems to be taking pictures and sending an email every minute regardless of motion. I have tried reprogram and troubleshoot but am getting nowhere. Anyone experience the same thing?

Hi.
It may be an issue with the board itself.
What board model do you have? I think it might be the internal hardware of the camera interfering with the signal read on the GPIO.
If you have any other available pins that you can try, I recommend experimenting with a different GPIO.

Sara

Thank you Sara, by working with the pins I found the fault and my eye sight was a contributing factor. But the best way to learn is to fail!
