Debug of HTTP Request Shortcuts app

In the text doc everything works fine when I enter the IP address from the browser. I can turn the leds on/off.

The issue occurs at page 79 when I use the HTTP Request Shortcuts app. The issue is I get a timeout toast that shows on the cell phone.

I have no idea on how to debug this issue.

I’m looking for a s/w tool where I can look at the server/client data exchange?

The issue was resolved by verifying that the phone was connected to the correct WiFi connection. I have 2 wifi connection TP-…_3453 and TP-…3452_5G. I needed to be connected to TP-…_3453.

Exactly, both the smartphone and ESP need to be connected to the same router to establish the connection. I’m glad it’s working now!
