how to get api key to connect php ?

Hi.
 
That is just a random string that we generated ourselves to server as “API key”. 
You can use the same we use in the project, or you can generate one yourself.
If you use a different string, you need to change in the arduino sketch and on the PHP file.

I get it error from serial monitor :

Does your server support HTTPS requests?

Hi.
Unfortunately, those free hosts don’t allow you to use the full functionalities. So, they block many incoming connections like the ESP32, because to keep their service free, they can’t handle that type of traffic.
They consider the ESP32 a bot attack.

another question is that safe to sign up the hostinger
i was try it again, found wrong pin ,  now is ok
but how to set time to suit my area ?

What’s the exactly the tutorial that you’re following?
I think we have a line in the php code that you can uncomment to adjust the time.
