After opening http://localhost:5000 (page 138), instead of the web app UI, I get the following:
Welcome
Firebase Hosting Setup Complete
You’re seeing this because you’ve successfully setup Firebase Hosting. Now it’s time to go build something extraordinary!
OPEN HOSTING DOCUMENTATION

SOLVED. My bad. I copied the index.html code into index.js instead. 🙁
