I managed to make an ESP3-cam work on my home ISP's WIFI, but I'm having difficulties to make it work using the Cell Phone. What kind of problems can the use of an Android smartphone cause?
I'm setting up Smart fone as a router. and using the network name as suggested in it and the password I created

Hi.
Just to clarify, you are connecting the ESP32-CAM to your smartphone mobile data? You’re setting your smartphone as a hotspot? Is that it?

Hi yes otherwise i am doing this because i want to use the camera out of range of my home router so i need to access the camera another way. And as the camera is an IP camera in theory this would be possible, isn't it?

Hi Sergio.
But, does your camera and smartphone are close to each other? If this is the case, you can set the ESP32-CAM as an access point instead. Check the ESP32-CAM projects eBook on page 395.
Or do you want to leave the camera at home and access it elsewhere? If this is the case, you can check the ESP32-CAM Projects eBook on page 338.
