Hello Rui,

I was following your course to build HA on Raspberry Pi and got struck installing the GPIO component.. not sure what is the issue but I need some advise.. details are were sent as email to your email id.

How do i enable remote_rpi_gpio component once  HA installed on the PI.

Hello, you defined it slightly different than me… I was using this setup:

# Example configuration.yaml entry
switch:
- platform: rpi_gpio
ports:
11: Fan Office
12: Light Desk

Does that setup work for you? Make sure you restart everything
