Hi,
I just cannot find Esp32 by Espressif System on the manage library even I have enter the htpps://dl.espressif.com/dl/package_esp32_index.json, into the Preference Box. Please instruct me.

Hi.
Please double-check that you’ve inserted the link properly in the field.
Also, you need to have internet access in your computer.
The link that you posted here is wrong. You have htpps and it should be https
